I was looking for a piano tuner in Lake Havasu City AZ, to tune a spinett piano at my Airbnb rental. Searched the local listing and found Randy. After speaking on the phone to make an appointment, he mentioned he could show up the next morning which was very convenient for me. Randy was punctual, and got right to tuning the piano, he is very knowledgeable about all types of piano's and was very carefull when disassembling mine.

Using modern and old school tuning equipment, Randy did such a great job, I scheduled an appointment for him to tune my 86 yr. old antique grand piano at my southern California home. Again he was punctual, professional and did an amazing job with the antique grand piano. I highly recommend Randy, and I'll definitely call him again when needed for an annual tuning. Thanks Randy!

Randy Knapp is the most accurate piano tuner that has ever tuned my Yamaha GH1. It had 2 stuck keys when I bought it, and during his 1st tuning he fixed it no problem. My piano is white, so I had him do a thorough cleaning inside and out and it came out beautiful. Always on time, and professional. I'm sure anyone he tunes for would share my opinion.
